Day 1
Objective:
TLW make and operate a cartesian diver exploring the concepts of buoyancy, density and pressure

The 2 Liter plastic soda bottle can be used for a host of fun science projects that will help you viscerally experience a variety of scientific principles (e.g. buoyancy, density and pressure). This unit involves making 4 different things with your bottle. You may wish to bring more than one bottle if you don't want to destroy one project as you move on to the next.
You likely have already made or played with a Cartesian diver in the past. Revisit this fun quicky project and be judged on your ability to make it quickly and operate it efficiently!

Day 2/3
Objective:
TLW use a simulator to discover the perfect ratio of water to air for their rocket
TLW make and launch a water rocket designed for maximum duration aloft
Again, you may have very likely made a water rocket in the past, but did you investigate the optimum ratio of water to air? Did you design a parachute recovery system to increase time aloft?
Time to take it to the next level!
* Use the simulator and discover the optimum water/air ratio
* MAKE your Rocket with parachute
* Launch and have your flight duration timed for your grade
Day 4
Objective:
TLW conclude the final incarnation of their bottle by making a "magic" roller and finally "saftey" goggles
Let's just wrap the bottle fun up with a couple more easy and fun devices; the magic roller and safety goggles!
* Build and test the magic roller!
* To conclude the use of your bottle, feel free to finally turn it into a pair of low grade "safety" goggles
